If you requested a withdrawal but haven't received your payment after the expected processing window, this guide will help you identify possible reasons and steps to resolve the issue. Most payment delays are temporary and can be resolved by following a few checks.

Possible Causes

There are several reasons your payment may be delayed, even if you withdrew during the expected window:

  • Withdrawal was requested outside the scheduled payment processing days (Payoneer: Tuesday and Thursday, excluding U.S. holidays).

  • Withdrawal was requested after the processing cut-off time (typically 15:00 EST).

  • Funds were not fully cleared or still in 'Awaiting Approval' status at the time of withdrawal.

  • ID verification or compliance check is required (for first-time or flagged withdrawals).

  • Incorrect Payoneer or PayPal account details entered in profile settings.

  • Rare technical delays or payment processor outages.

How to Diagnose and Resolve the Issue

Review the Payment Processing Schedule
For Payoneer, payments are processed only on Tuesday and Thursday between 09:00 and 15:00 EST (excluding U.S. holidays). If your withdrawal was requested after 15:00 EST or outside these days, it will be processed on the next eligible date.

Check Your Withdrawal Status
Go to your Revenues page and confirm your withdrawal is marked as processed. If funds are still in 'Clearing' or 'Awaiting Approval,' the payment will not be sent until they are available.

Ensure your Payoneer or PayPal account details are correct in your profile settings. Incorrect details can cause payment failures or delays.
