Seller Questions
Explains the review and activation timeline for new and updated service listings on AirGigs, including exceptions for specific services.
Updated 6 days ago
When you create or update a service listing on AirGigs, the time it takes for your service to go live depends on the type of service and whether manual review is needed.
Most service listings, such as session work, mixing, mastering, or songwriting, are published and visible to buyers immediately after you submit them. You can start sharing your listing link and attracting clients right away.
Listings in the Music Promotion category require a manual review by the AirGigs team before going live. This is to ensure compliance with platform policies and quality standards.
Your Music Promotion service will show as pending while under review.
Most reviews are completed within 1–2 business days. You will be notified by email when your service is approved or if more information is needed.
If your listing requires edits or does not meet AirGigs guidelines, the team will contact you with details. Follow the instructions to update and resubmit your service for review.
If your service has not gone live after 2 business days or you have questions about the process, contact AirGigs support for assistance.
