If music creators are unable to reach a mutually agreeable cancellation, our team will step in to review the session, project scope, terms and deliverables as a formal dispute. As outlined in our Terms, we reserve up to 21 days to thoroughly review disputes.
During this process, our team carefully examines:
The original terms of the proposal or offer
The directions and scope of work provided by the buyer
The work delivered and the time invested by the seller
Once the dispute review is complete, we will notify both parties of our decision, including whether the order qualifies for a refund or not.
