What Should I Do If My Order Is Late and the Seller Has Stopped Responding?

If your order is in late delivery status and the seller is unresponsive, we understand how frustrating that can be. Fortunately, you have a couple of options to resolve the situation.

Option 1: Submit a Mutual Cancellation Request

You can initiate a mutual cancellation request directly from your order page (My Orders) by clicking the "ORDER ISSUE?" tab. This allows the seller the opportunity to agree to cancel the order.

  • If the seller does not respond to your cancellation request within 48 hours, the order will be automatically canceled, and the funds will be returned to your AirGigs account balance.

  • If the seller agrees to cancel, the order will be canceled immediately, and your funds will be returned to your AirGigs account balance.

Option 2: Contact Us for Assistance

You can reach out to our support team, and we’ll step in to help. We will attempt to contact the seller to get a status update on your order. If appropriate, we can also cancel the order on your behalf and return the funds to your AirGigs balance.
