Sometimes service users fail to complete the order process and every order must be activated by the buyer. If they don't activate it, you won't be notified of their purchase and an order page will not be created.

To get the order activated, simply advise the buyer to follow these steps:

1. Log in to your AirGigs account.
2. Click the Buyer link, followed by My Orders.
3. Click on the order you'd like to activate.
4. Scroll to the bottom, and submit the form where it says "Respond To Start Order"
