A buyer says he ordered my service, but I do not see an active order?

Sometimes clients fail to complete the order process. Every order needs to be activated by the client. If they don't activate it, you won't be notified of their purchase and an order page will not be created. Without an active order page, you can't complete the order and get paid. To get the order activated, simply advise your client to follow these steps.

1. Login to your AirGigs account.
2. Click the "Buyer" link.
3. Click the "My Orders" dropdown link underneath the "Buyer" link.
4. Click on your order
5. Scroll to the bottom, and submit the form where it says "Respond To Start Order"
