Custom Offer Recurring Billing

Last updated on 01 Jul, 2026

When creating a Custom Offer, you can enable Recurring Billing to turn it into an ongoing subscription instead of a one-time purchase. Once enabled, you'll be able to choose a billing frequency (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly). When the buyer accepts the offer, they'll be charged automatically based on the schedule you selected.

Recurring Billing works best when you've already discussed the arrangement with your buyer and expect an ongoing working relationship. It's ideal for things like weekly music lessons, monthly podcast editing, social media content, or producing multiple songs over time. Instead of placing a new order for each project, the buyer is billed automatically, making it easy to keep work moving without the extra back-and-forth.

Buyers can cancel their subscription at any time from Buyer Menu > My Subscriptions. If you need to skip or cancel a single order - for example, if you're unavailable one week - you can cancel just that individual order. The buyer will receive a refund for that order only, while the subscription itself remains active for future billing.
