If you have funds sitting in your AirGigs account from a canceled order, you might be wondering - how can you use that balance toward your next purchase? Good news! It’s super simple, and we’ll walk you through it.
Where Does My AirGigs Balance Come From?
Whenever an order is canceled, the funds from that order are immediately credited back to your My Balance & Invoices page. This means you can use those funds toward future orders without waiting.
How to Use Your AirGigs Balance at Checkout
When placing a new order, you’ll see two possible payment options depending on your balance amount:

"PAY WITH AIRGIGS BALANCE" – If your AirGigs balance is equal to or greater than the service price, you’ll have a button at the top right to pay entirely with your balance.

"APPLY AIRGIGS BALANCE" – If your AirGigs balance is less than the service price, you’ll see an option to apply your balance as a partial payment. The remaining amount will need to be covered with another payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
