When an order is cancelled on AirGigs, the funds are immediately credited to your AirGigs account balance. You can check your balance anytime on the My Balance & Invoices page.

You can use your account balance to order new services. When placing a new order, you’ll see an option to either "APPLY YOUR AIRGIGS BALANCE" or "PAY WITH AIRGIGS BALANCE" at checkout.

If you'd like the funds refunded to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.), just send us a quick email at help@airgigs.com and our team will take care of it as soon as possible.

Please note that PayPal, our payment processor, allows refunds to be issued within 180 days of the original transaction. After that period, any remaining balance can still be used as store credit on AirGigs.

Please keep in mind that AirGigs' service fee is non-refundable for refunds back to the original payment source.
