When orders are cancelled on AirGigs the funds are immediately returned to your AirGigs account balance. You can always check your AirGigs balance, on the My Balance & Invoices page.
You can use your account balance funds to order new services. When you go to place a new order you'll see an option to "APPLY YOUR AIRGIGS BALANCE"
If you prefer a refund back to your original payment source (credit card, PayPal, etc.) you just need to send us a request help@airgigs.com and our team will process it within one business day.
Please note, for refunds back to your original payment source, AirGigs service fee is not refundable
