When an order is cancelled on AirGigs, the funds are immediately credited to your AirGigs account balance. You can check your balance anytime on the My Balance & Invoices page.
You can use your account balance to order new services. When placing a new order, you’ll see an option to either "APPLY YOUR AIRGIGS BALANCE" or "PAY WITH AIRGIGS BALANCE" at checkout.
If you’d prefer the funds to be refunded back to your original payment source (credit card, PayPal, etc.), simply email us at help@airgigs.com, and our team will process your request asap.
Please keep in mind that AirGigs' service fee is non-refundable for refunds back to the original payment source.
