If you purchase services marked with the 100% Guarantee label, you are entitled to a full refund if you are not satisfied with the service providers work. 

If you order a service that does not have the 100% guarantee label, refunds are not eligible for "subjective taste calls". This means "I don't like it" is not an acceptable reason to request a refund in these cases. It is similar to hiring a session musician for a traditional in-person session. You are hiring them for their unique take on your song. In many cases service providers are unable to provide the 100% Guarantee as they have their own fixed upfront costs such as studio time, engineer, etc. In all cases (100% Guarantee or not) AirGigs will provide refunds if the service provider fails to deliver the final work. 

Our team reviews every cancellation to ensure that the 100% guarantee is not being abused. It should not be used as a way to try-out / audition musicians. Repeated cancellations that are not mutually agreed upon, can result in suspension or account limitations.
