We now offer an ACH funding option for buyers who prefer to pre-fund their AirGigs account via bank transfer. This option allows you to take advantage of a reduced processing fee and earn cash back on your balance.

Where can I find this feature?

You can access the ACH funding option by visiting your My Balance & Invoices page, located under the "Buyer" menu when you're logged in to your AirGigs account.

Click on the "Fund My Account" button, and you’ll be given two options for pre-funding:

• ACH Bank Transfer (2.9% processing fee)

• Credit Card (4.7% processing fee)

Why choose the ACH option?

• Lower processing fee (2.9% vs. 4.7%)

• Cash back rewards on your funded balance

• No need to re-enter payment info for each order – use your pre-funded balance to pay for services at checkout.

How do I initiate an ACH payment?

To fund your account via ACH:

1. Go to the My Balance & Invoices page under the Buyer menu.

2. Click "Fund My Account."

3. Choose ACH as your payment method.

4. Enter the amount you'd like to fund (minimum $135).

5. Click "Generate Invoice."

We'll then email you a secure Stripe invoice that you can use to complete the payment via ACH.

Note: ACH payments typically take 5 business days to process, so be sure to plan accordingly if you have a project coming up.
