If a buyer requests a service scope or recording project that doesn’t fit within your pre-set listings, you can send them a Custom Offer tailored to their needs. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1: Sending a Custom Offer from your AirGigs Inbox
- Understand the Buyer’s Needs – When a buyer contacts you, review their request carefully to ensure you understand their project requirements, timeline, and expectations.
- Click “SEND A CUSTOM OFFER” – In your message thread, click the "SEND A CUSTOM OFFER" link to create a custom proposal.
- Enter Offer Details – Fill in the necessary details, including:
- Service description
- Price
- Delivery time
- Any additional terms or specifics
- Select the Buyer & Send Offer – Choose the buyer from your list of recent contacts, then click "SEND CUSTOM OFFER." Once sent, the buyer can review and pay. When they pay, an order will be created in your Manage Sales page and you will also see the payment on your Revenues page.
Option 2: Sending a Custom Offer from the "MY CUSTOM OFFERS" Page
- Log in to AirGigs – In the main menu, click SELLER and then select MY CUSTOM OFFERS.
- Create a New Offer – On this page, you’ll see a list of offers you’ve previously created. Click the "CREATE CUSTOM OFFER" button to start a new one.
- Enter Offer Details – Provide the required details, including the service description, price, and delivery time.
- Select the Buyer & Send Offer – Choose the buyer from your list of contacts and send the offer. Once accepted, an order will be created.
