When you place an order on AirGigs, your payment is securely held by the platform until the order is completed. Here’s how it works:

  1. Payment Is Held Securely:
    After you make a payment, the funds are held by AirGigs to ensure both you and the seller have a safe and fair transaction. This allows the seller to start working on your project with confidence while keeping your payment protected.

  2. Seller Delivers the Work:
    The seller will deliver the completed work by the agreed delivery date. You’ll receive an email notification when the work is ready for review.

  3. Review and Approve:
    You have up to 3 days to review the seller’s delivery. If you’re happy with the work, click Accept to mark the order as complete. If revisions are needed, you can request them during this review period (if applicable).

  4. Funds Are Released to the Seller:
    Once you accept the delivery, the funds are released to the seller. If no action is taken within the 3-day review window, the order will automatically be marked as complete, and the payment will be released to the seller after a 3 day clearing period.

This payment process ensures a fair and secure experience for both buyers and sellers, giving you peace of mind throughout the collaboration.
