The Revenues page will show you the status of all your current orders, as well as clearing times for completed orders - see more on How and When Do I Get Paid?
When an order is delivered and marked complete, there is a 3-day clearing period. Once this period has passed, your funds move into an “Awaiting Approval” status. This means the order has cleared the initial waiting window and now awaits final approval by our team before the funds become available for withdrawal. In most cases, funds are approved the same day they enter the “Awaiting Approval” status.
Why Is There a Final Approval Step?
This additional review helps ensure:
- A secure marketplace for both buyers and sellers
- Confirmation that the buyer is satisfied and the transaction is valid
- Prevention of fraudulent or disputed activity
What Happens After Approval?
Once the order is fully approved:
- The funds are added to your available balance.
- You can request a withdrawal from your Revenues page at your convenience.
This final step ensures that all transactions remain transparent and fair for all parties involved.

- The 3-day clearing period starts after the order is finalized and shown as completed.
- If funds stay in “Awaiting Approval” for longer than one business day please ensure that all files have been delivered or contact support for more information.
- The “Awaiting Approval” status does not mean there is an issue; it’s simply part of the standard verification and security process.
