When music creators cannot come to a mutually agreeable cancellation, our team will intervene and review the order as a dispute. We reserve up to 14 days as per our terms to review disputes. During the process, our team reviews the original terms of the proposal / offer, the directions and scope of work provided by the buyer and the work delivered and time invested by the seller.
Once the dispute review has concluded we will advise both parties as to whether the order qualifies for a refund or not.
